Probably fluorite. Did you test them?
Are those spots in the last picture from the glue of a price tag, as seen through the stone?

Amethyst, white quartz and something I can't decide on.

    Can't see any white quartz?

Not from glue, more like white inclusions inside.
    Test them how?
They are aqua/turquoise in color and only one of the big ones is amethyst.

A couple of the wee ones look white.

A bit violet, could differ on different screens.
You can see if they fluoresce, using a UV (flash)light. If they do it is fluorite.
You can also test with a diamond tester, amethyst and other quartzes are 7 on the Mohs scale, fluorite 4.

My first impression was glass for most of the larger beads, except perhaps the purple one, & purple spacer beads might also be amethyst.

While fluorite can make all those other colors, it is terribly fragile, & fractures readily. If these are stone, they have been tumbled. Can't see fluorite surviving it. The color in fluorite can also fade; these are extremely vivid.

Quartz makes the purple amethyst but have never seen a natural specimen in those shades of blue & green. Here & there think I see bubbles, although between my eyes & reflections on stones...?

Did not post earlier because this one perplexes me.

You're right. The varying shades of purple convinces me that the little spherical ones are natural amethyst.

If they are stone, I would suggest apatite for the blue & green ones.

    Hi all:) Happy new year!
For the beads, I'll go for fluorite (waiting the U.V. test result...)
    Of course they can:

Good point kyra. And I've never seen faded Blue John, either.

Happy new year to you too, kyra.
Neither have I, I think it is only the lighter fluorite that can fade over time, light green for instance. Blue John is usually very vivid.

I sit corrected. Just know I won't buy fluorite jewellery when I have known a mineral specimen split spontaneously, no force required. Sugilite is another pretty stone I have learned to avoid.

On a cost basis, fluorite more likely than apatite.

My first impulse was fluorite too.
