    If anyone remembers the movie Chocolat (pronounced in French) about a woman who with her daughter traveled from one French town to another to open a chocolate shop, you can figure out why chocolate should be locked up.

    In the movie the fine chocolates tranformed an entire town's population in wondrous ways. The mayor (played by Alfred Molina) got his head and personality completely turned around from pigging out on it. If you have not seen the movie, stream it, it's a real chocolaty treat; all chocolate such as seen in this movie should be under lock and key!
