    These are beautiful. The engraving on the first one is exceptional. Again, country and date right, and good research, you don't need us.:)
    The verdigris (green tarnish) is not so bad in this case. Try putting some oil on it and leaving it for a couple of hours. Then clean with soapy water, dry well, and it is probably gone. Soapy water will also work on the polish residue.
