Maybe. I do like the cover. You asked about the possibility of a the book originally having a dust jacket. I've always wondered that about those very ornate covers myself. Maybe somebody here will know?

Your Dracula is published by Rider, some time after 1903. Not worth much in that shape. The publisher is determined by the ads in back, which you have wisely shown; the date by checking the dates of the other Stoker titles mentioned - one could date it more finely using the other titles listed in the catalog.

As to whether Nan had a jacket, I am looking at Godburn's Nineteenth-Century Dust-Jackets and can definitively say "maybe." Jackets were in common use by the 1880s, though few survive; less common in the 1870s, though they date to at least 1819, and that's an obscure publisher not mentioned in my reference, so who can say? If it did, it was likely very plain. The book itself is probably the first edition, as it has the date on the title page - though British practice differs from American, and I know less about Scottish publishers.
