20171111_105648-1330x1815.jpg 20171111_110745-1885x2573.jpg I picked up this collection of turn of the century French bronze medals that someone had glued into this frame for display purposes. My question is; How do you remove dried adhesive from bronze without hurting the patina. Any help would be great. Thanks

Acetone will remove adhesive without damaging the medals.
Soak them in it for an hour, plenty of ventilation too and no flames.

Pure acetone, not nail varnish remover.

Try one first for 5 minutes and see how it goes, one hour might be to long.
The acetone will evaporate quite quickly.

One can also get acetone at the pharmacy; ask the nice person behind the counter in he back where they keep the medicines.

The acetone worked like a Champ! Thanks Davey. It only had to soak for about a minute to 90 seconds and it came right off with no affect on the patina. Much appreciated.
