Hello, this is my 1st post.

I'm hoping someone can point me in a direction of search or even provide a crumb of information in discovering more about the attached.

I've been searching the internet for a similarly styled Amphora compotes, centerpieces, allegory, etc. with no similar comparisons.

The only solid information uncovered was dating it to 1906 - 19010 by its Faience mark.

It does not fit in with much of Amphora's pottery. Though, I've noted two Art Nouveau works with the Frog Prince theme. One by Amphora and one by Royal Dux.

Attached are two views and one with its marks. It about 10" tall, by 15" long and 9" wide.

I appreciate any input from your collective experiences.

    Thanks,
    James.

I'm confused. Why are there 6 different "bottom" pictures for a single item?

Huh? No mention of 6 "feet" and no picture of the complete underside? How would we know? What I can see are squared corners, not round ones. "shrug"

All six of the marks are just scattered on its bottom. I have presented them for easy viewing. If it makes a difference to see their relationships to each other, I can add an image. Let me know.

Actually, it would be a help to see the whole bottom so we can see where each mark is. Plus the way the bottom is finished speaks volumes to the right boardies. There is a lot more to IDing pottery and glass than just isolating marks :)

Well, the producer is Amphora-Werke from Turn-Teplitz, Bohemia. Founded in 1892, they beca pretty popular during the Art Nouveau period, or as it is called in german Jugendstil. The company closed 1946.

It may be made around 1906/10 but it's certainly not Jugendstil in style.
It has a Historismus vibe which was the period before Jugenstil.

    Lovely piece!

I added Historismus into my search and found this one similarly executed piece with the Imperial mark. Getting a bit closer. :)
