Mans ring with strange writing or hallmark

This ring is not gold or silver, I was wondering if anyone has seen one like this before.
It is stamped on the inside and also under the stones inside with same writing.

Nice ring. At first, I thought it might be Cyrillic, but it looks like the б is going the wrong way. Probably not Greek δ?

 

Thanks Barn Owl. I've searching and still can't find one like this, this is why I posted it here, hopefully someone knows about it.

 

The style of the inside of the ring is from India-Pakistan.
The symbols could be numbers written in Devanagari, the script of many Asian languages, including most Indian languages. My guess is they are a design number.
Here is one of my Indian bracelets, you can only just see a similar stamped 'lattice' design at the bottom:
