Hi guys and girls, I am new to the forms and I needed an opinion on early oil painting. This is an oil painting this is an oil painting on board , it is 10" x 10" x 2", it is it is signed and dated by T Spencer 1881, the subject matter is nautical, unfortunately I could not find unfortunately I could not find anything about the painter on the internet, I'm hoping I could find the answer on this forum.

I see you currently have this listed on ebay. In general, people are a bit reluctant to offer opinions on items that are for sale. In this case there is no opinion to offer, as I can also find nothing on this artist.
