    Interestingly, this is 1958 or 1858))?

    The second is 1955

    I can;t quite make out the code on the first. If it is I4 it would be 1891.

    The maker looks like Turun Hopea. I don't know how far they go back.

    And there in the first hallmark? In the first hallmark there is some strange sign. In the latter stands the figure 18))

    The candlestick is by Turun Hopea, Turku, Finland.

    The maker's mark on the vase seems to be the single-winged hammer, used by different companies. In 1955 it was the mark for Kultateollisuus Oy in Turku.
    Since the official date letter is for 1955, the date of the inscription is 1958, not 1858.
    Turun Hopea started in 1945.
