Vintage / Antique *commercial* perfumes & paraphernalia

Hi,
I STILL wear 4711 cologne. It is one of my favorite scents. My other favorites are TOO damn EXPENSIVE to buy anymore.

My late dad liked it too, but wouldn't wear it himself. I rarely wear any perfume at all, too many friends with allergies, but tend to go for the old school spice cabinet scents. Shalimar, Youth Dew, etc.

BTW - I can see several people in here drooling over Mansons' pictures....

 

Well, if any droolers wants a better gander at the goods, just be lettin me know. I am willin to part wit most anything and since I have no idea on value, I'm willin to take most offers as tendered - but please don't be forgettin the shippin costs...................

The perfume itself is yellow in colour, oily and very, very strong.
It is however - pleasant

 

Do you know the name of the manufacturer, Makanudo? I does look significantly older.

I can date the Avon kitten back to 1977, the others I'm still looking into.

Hi Hemster - theres nothing for the girls here at the moment, but I suspect you can get a pretty good price for the bath oil. They go for $60-80.

 

I have the strong sense that 2005 is a part of the name, but not an indicator of the year. The ad also lists it as vintage, and judging by the bottle and medallion, Im guessing 70s-80s. Its a very curious piece, actually.

 

I'm not certain if you are wanting any particular bottles
Or not but in case I have several Avon collection bottles from years ago.

just found this today. the rim at the stopper has a crack and is chipped on the other side but contents intact, assuming it is the original contents?

Most of them are alcohol-based so they won't hurt you, but the scents can change.
