Painting signed by RSVillegas needs ID please

    The painting is a 30.5" x 30" signed by RSVillegas. Simple painting but there's a lot of embedded images in it. Requesting for help to ID the artist and origin. Probable value and age if possible. Thanks

    Anyhow , I see a fish, a lamb, a dog and Herman Munster.

    I don't see a signature. This may be weird but the lower right hand corner looks like the word ANAL to me. Sorry.
