Help with a Signature

    Thank you everyone on this forum who assists me with my random art requests. I always try to reciprocate with other forums where I can. I bought this art awhile ago, and actually got it so I could use the frame for another project. Before I pass this lithograph to the "get rid of pile," can anyone figure out the signature? I've tried a lot of variants and I can't seem to find the artist.

    Cartee? Send it to me if you dont want it,I think its fabulous! Ill even pay postage ! :) Actually,I think the last name is "Tee".

    I think it's really cool too! I just don't have a good place to display with "inquisitive kids" in my household. If I can't figure out the artist, and if you were serious, I would send it your way if you paid the shipping cost. It would be a shame to trash it.

    Seem like the Wind Horse (the soul, or mount of the soul, depicted on prayer flags) is dreaming it's way to Buddha's wisdom.
