    Hi,
    Of course the 1881 "Hobble Skirts" where a pain to deal with getting into the trolleys and carriages at the time.

    ...which you don't quite remember, but Mansons probably does. I however have ridden my share of trolleys. In museums perhaps, and never in a skirt, but still.

    Which would probably explain the number of women that were put into mental institutions during that time for having the "fits." :confused::rolleyes:
