Violinist Street Performer

I posted him along with another picture awhile ago. I now have better pictures and was hoping someone could help me identify the artist.


I can not make out the signature (or maybe I think Im seeing one in the lower left hand corner?)
Does anyone have an idea on the artist or an era?

Maybe because he looks a bit like Franz (Ferencz) Liszt.

 

I did not know who that was..
He looks more Albert Einstein to me?

 

Franz Liszt was a 19th century Hungarian composer and piano virtuoso.
He is also claimed as Austrian, Hungary and Austria were one empire at the time, and his hometown is now Austrian. He was born as Ferencz Liszt (Hungarian name), but is often referred to by his Austrian name Franz.
His music was strongly influenced by the Hungarian tradition, you may know his Hungarian Rhapsodies.
