    Hi All!
I stumbled across this forum looking for info on some things I have. I come from a line of "Antiquers" although I didn't have time , or honestly much interest until now ...Children grown & on their own and my family is all gone. Soooo @ 50 something & starting over, I have started acquiring vintage, antiques . Some I pass along , some I keep :) My mother was a collector of Lalique, & Perfume bottles , and I learned a little along the way! My Grandparents on my Fathers side owned the First antique store in Pioneer Square, in Downtown Seattle Washington..Many things I acquire, I pretty much can figure its origin & age although I often get stumped & hopefully I can gain some knowledge from all you people! Thanks
    Kelly

Thank you for the warm welcome ☺️ And interestingly enough , for not paying much attention as a youngster , I seem to have a pretty decent eye for something of value , although where I live ( small town) not much snooping to do here lol!

Kelly - Posting pictures depends on where you have the picture files stored - computer? phone? "the cloud"? a picture hosting website?

There is a thread at the top of the Introductions Page that gives a brief set of instructions, but telling us where your pictures are might help.

I was able to upload a photo to just ( home page?) of union glass - I just wanted to know why it's valuable- and I don't know why I could not upload elsewhere ...

Oh! Well, that is probably because the pic file is too large. But you can use it by selecting the "camera icon" in the Reply Box toolbar (it's called Media Gallery Embed.)

Give it a try in a reply to this thread.
