They were old and interesting and only $1 each. Not rolling pins. I have no idea. One is 10" and the other one is 11".

Used to push food through a sieve or ricer. I forget the technical name, maybe reamer? Mostly I used to make tomato juice when I canned.

It certainly doesn't! I might whack butter with them, but why have a separate utensil just for that?

If they had pointed ends, I'd say the utensils that go with a china hat food mill. Maybe there's another version with a rounded bottom instead?

That's exactly what I was thinking of, Komo. My own china hat sieves were the pointed kind, so the wooden utensil was pointed to fit.

I actually have that same colander, Komokwa, but never thought of using a pestle with it.

I used mine (which is still in a kitchen cabinet somewhere) to grind down the tomatoes, peppers and onions (after they stewed for hours) that became the base for a very useful sauce for spaghetti, etc.

Food pushers for sure. That shape could be used in sausage making and sometimes as. The meat went into a long metal tube with a funnel-shaped spout on one end and you'd use a similar wooden thingie to push the meat into the casings. I had one, years ago; it came from a locally owned supermarket that was bought out. They had a catering arm that had closed down even earlier, and mine was found in that pile of random stuff.

We used instruments like these to make beaten biscuits. Anyone remember them?

Miniature Christmas balls (and dust and spiders).

I was going to list it once, but turns out these things are common as dirt and not worth the effort.
