It is waiting for you to get out the bonsai scissors, root clippers, and other bonsai paraphernalia. You've got a lot of work on your hands now.;)

A relative who cultivated bonsai gifted me once....along with a 4 page typewritten set of "instructions" for the care and nurturing..................I decided it was easier to have children, so I let it expire gracefully.................

As a follow up to this question - some fire king jadeite items go for crazy dollar amounts these days:

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/6-FIRE-KING...302006?hash=item2f02bb72f6:g:b5gAAOSwnF9Y68F2

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-Fire-K...375617?hash=item2a80e8ef01:g:Wa8AAOSwT-FZBEag

It's not all of their items, only certain ones. I don't know enough about what the hot items are to tell you (though obviously mugs is a big one).

If you come across any fire king jadeite, be sure to open the auction to bidders from Japan. It's my understanding that Japanese buyers love jadeite.

wow.well i don't sell on ebay. Every since they did what they did in 2008, with the big execs inflating the price of stock then selling off their shares knowing they were about to put the hammer down on sellers in 2009.. i was a part of that big upset on the discussion boards etc. I really felt they betrayed those sellers who built that business. So I no longer sell on ebay.. I could, but I don't and won't. It the principle I guess, plus I was in an accident... so anyway... When you said open to those in Japan.. i was just at an auction and they had 3 fireking jadeite nesting bowls and one more that wasn't fireking that was a brighter almost lime green, all older and they sold for 25.00 i wish I would have bid. And they had a set of fireking coffee mugs.

I've been on ebay since 2003, but I didn't realize they had done that. Probably because I didn't really start selling much until I had been a member for a while. Wow, can't believe I wasn't familiar with what they did.

it was all over the boards..people were outraged , they started blocking people on ebay because of the documents being posted of the execs stock shares being sold and how much money they were making, and just because people were upset about the scam being perpetrated on sellers..and how sellers were being burned by buyer. I was on the gold chat and several sellers were selling their gold... buyers were claiming they received bricks or what have you and ebay had started forcing paypal on everyone... so the sellers lost their gold, then paypal took the money out of the sellers accounts and reimbursed the buyers..so the sellers were also out the money, and the shipping and listing fees...it was a total night mare..and then the sellers weren't allowed to no longer rate the buyers.
