WWI German Sweetheart pin/brooch

    I think this may be a Sweetheart brooch as I don`t see it being an official military badge.
    Its white metal and brass and is non magnetic.
    The reverse has some corrosion which is preventing ID of the markings.
    Bottom line I see DRESDEN and the top one has 3-4 letters then ERNSTEUCKER or ERNST EUCKER
    What ya think ?

    With all of the lead solder.. the pin and plate may have been repair parts and nothing to do with the bow.

    I don`t think its been repaired, its just corrosion.

    The ribbon bow is the same design and shape, apart from the lettering and ridges.
