What is a realistic value of his 1963 autobiography, first edition, signed.

 

Autographed copies of your volume are on offer on abebooks in varying conditions for $300-$400. However, those are asking prices, not sold prices.

There does appear to be some interest in his biogaphy on eBay.

This signed later edition sold for a bit over $200 on eBay.

In determining your asking price, you'll want to consider condition (including dust jacket) and edition (First?).
