    Hello!
Would someone please help me with these two porcelain marks.
I bought both in Europe. For a longer time I am looking for the porcelain mark F, but unfortunately can not find anything.
This is on a porcelain tea set.
The second one is on a porcelain figurine.
    Thank you! IMG-20180620-WA0004.jpg 20180619_112513.jpg

    Welcome to Antiquers Vinettta!

Neither mark is familiar to me.

A photo of the figurine might help though.

Thank you, Judy! The figurine is now at the restorer. But as soon as I will get it back, I will post the photo.

    You're welcome Vinettta

I'm sorry I couldn't help, but perhaps someone else will recognize either or both of the marks.

    Brain fog!

I identified the second mark a few months ago and now I can't recall it!

I also recognize that second mark, darn it, but I just can't recall it either. I'll start searching. I know it's German, though.

Yes, I seem (!) to recall it is an atypical mark for one of the well known names, Volkstedt?

I thought Volkstedt too but so far haven't been able to find it searching Volkstedt. I think there may have been more than one company that used Volkstedt in their name, though.

    This claims to be Volkstedt

The more I'm looking at "Volkstedt" pieces the more I think Volkstedt is a term for a region rather than a specific manufacturer.

It was a company called Aelteste Volkstedter Pozellanfabric Triebner & Co. from the first decade or two of the 1900s.

Hello! A few minutes ago I posted this on the Finds Thread... Just realized I should have posted this here (sorry please delete the other one if it's against the rules!)

So I found this for sale on Facebook for about $20. I'm still contemplating if I should buy it or not as I'm not familiar on the brand but I find it pretty.

I tried searching for Hayashi brand but couldn't find a logo similar to this one. Anyone have an idea on this brand and if it's worth it for $20? I don't even know if this is vintage. I don't have the actual tea cups, these are just the picture taken by the seller. Any input would be much appreciated!

You might want to start your own thread for your ID request. It will probably draw more attention for you and will be less confusing.

Well, that doesn’t look Japanese repro to me, so could be Aelteste Volkstedter.
