Goldstone Closoinne help possibly mieji?

Hello I have a goldstone cloisonne it looks like maybe from Meiji but not sure. There is a dragon and a phoenix in the design. Anyone any details about its design, quality or possible value? Thanks.

 

yep, Meiji cloisonne, i assume it's a little one, check ebay for comparables
