Just from googling, I'm going to suggest a mid-1920s pedal car, probably from American National and, from the grill, a Packard.

Hmmm... apparently they were making electric cars back then.

Gendron was another maker that joined American National in 1927.

There's a pedal car collectors club on face book. Maybe they could tell you more.

Obviously the car is the thing here. Brand spanking new. Still has the ribbon on it.

Would you sell that postcard? Do you still have it 4 years after the original post?

Noted. Apologies I'll do better. I got excited to see a postcard of a car that I actually own.

Is he??? Maybe. Maybe not. Or is it a photographer's prop? See my examples below of a 1928 American National Lincoln that shows up in vintage postcards with different kids in it all the time. 78813656_1715167608614261_9043485492099678208_n.jpg 79228117_1715167638614258_8329213704717467648_n.jpg 79430576_1715167631947592_7647221096235663360_n.jpg 79520522_1715168318614190_8099025795776774144_n.jpg 79175150_1715168315280857_4901346073227821056_n.jpg
