I don't see anything obvious for either Estonia or Germany in what you have posted. 800 silver is used in many countries. What is your reasoning for asking about those 2 specifically?

800 is a common silver mark in many European countries. The Netherlands, Germany, Italy, etc, etc...without any extra marking, it may be impossible to narrow it down to a specific country.

Germany and Italy, yes, but it is below legal fineness in the Netherlands.
800 fineness is accepted here for foreign watch cases etc. They used to be marked with a script V. The current mark would be Z or Z800 in a cartouche, never just the digits.
A special mark was introduced to support Indonesian silversmiths who often used .800 fineness, but again, no digits.

My guess woud be,modern silver quality mark: (fineness mark .800) silver hallmark from Estonia.Only my opinion, maybe I'm wrong.
    Thank you all of you.

Iouri, are you in Estonia? My understanding is that Estonian silver assay marks have the fineness and a lion together in one cartouche. Do they also mark silver without the assay mark?

Iouri, you could be right. Apologies for the bad photo, but it could be the 800 mark without the lion, if they were to use a single stamp:

Bowl is gold washed inside.Maybe is something to help to recognize what is it? Looks like bowl has two stamps, one by one. Thank you ,Eny Jewelry.

Given the size, I thought a bonbon dish at first. But gold wash would suggest it had to protect the silver against something acid.
So maybe for small fruit like strawberries or other berries? Maybe the others have a better suggestion.
