Feathers in a hat

    I find these feather hats from time to time. What feathers did they use? Thanks.

    they're heavily dyed , so it's hard to tell !!

    They look like either hackle or saddle feathers from a rooster, definitely dyed. The hackle feathers are on the neck. The saddle feathers are long and hang down on each side just before the tail.
