Any clues to the maker please?
Stamped 9?50 and what looks like a triangle and FNH? Or any variation of similar letters!
Presume it's meant to look like a lizard with too many legs and is rather cute.
    Approx 4.5 inches long.
    Thanks for looking :)

    Nice and quirky, K.:)
Maybe German or Austrian? They used .950 fineness, just like other Continental countries, except they often didn't bother to have it assayed.

Off for a bite to eat now, I'll see if I can find the maker's mark later.

Could be meant for a scorpion/Scorpio.

8 legs suggests Arachnid but then there's those two hanging about at the back ?

That's what I see too. I couldn't find the mark though, the Germans kept telling me I was looking for Finn instead of FNN.
That's its head, with antennae.:) Not anatomically correct, I know.

I'd say Mexican AFNN on the mark? They make a bunch of 950 silver there too, and it looks like Mexican artisan work. Someone heard Americans like bug pins, so he made one of the ugliest bug he could think of! That looks like the thing I squashed in my bathroom a few nights back. Ick.

Could the last letter be an H or an M?

In Germany 950 is usually only used for platinum (Pt); for silver the most common silver alloys are/were 750, 800, 813, 830/835, 900, 925 and 935.
However under the German hallmarking rules any alloy is allowed

Another possibility is that the 950 is just an item number
