I doubt it's officially antique but honestly, I'm tired of looking and there's only so much time in a day and a life.
    It's green, it's pretty and looks like a hybrid pineapple/thistle !

    Strawberries, not pineapple, IMHO.

It looks like uranium glass. Do you have a black light? It should glow.
If it does that would put the date in the 20s-30s.

You don't show a picture or the bowl as a whole. Kind of hard to tell what it really looks like, but it doesn't look like an American pattern.
Possibly one of the English makers.

AH - you identified the snowball in Spelter Boy's hand too.
I was fixated on pineapple for some reason until thistle came to mind, but neither really worked for me.
I guess I'm losing my marbles.

Sorry. Here's the whole bowl. I'm trying to get a black light but the owner keeps forgetting to bring it to town. 20170427_175513.jpg 20170427_175737.jpg

You don't need a black light. That color was made with uranium! Under black light, or even good strong sunlight outdoors that will glow!

    I agree with Tom.
Your added pictures do indeed show it to be uranium glass.

Thanks for all responses. Wish I could find the pattern on something/anything named.

Given its possible production period, 1905 to 1925, it may well be the only piece made with that design in the body. Thus, no pattern.

I didn't know that happened. It would make pretty items besides bowls.

The geometric design above the base of the bowl suggests art deco, sun burst design.
Pushing the date closer to the 1920's perhaps?

I've thought Art Deco as well. So I just googled> art deco uranium glass bowl<
and BINGO - sort of - I found it's match ! Seller doesn't name the pattern, just says it's c1930's & uranium glass and calls the design flowers.

I tried to borrow the image in useful size but I couldn't.

I just found another ! Combining terms really helped. The owner is in my neck of the woods, oddly enough. Doesn't name the pattern, thinks it's the floral is "thistle-like" and 1940's, "by Walther & Sohne, Germany, or Sowerby, circa 1940's."

I don't know if either seller knows if what they say is true, but it's interesting nevertheless.

Glad your search is turning up some information. It is often a long and drawn out process researching, but it can sometimes be exciting when you turn up some good stuff
