Watercolor Painting Russian?

    Watercolor painting that I believe based on the buildings may be somewhere in Russia? Also need some help trying to decipher the signature. Thanks

    With this enhancement, the name appears to be S. Nemiravskii (Немиравский) or S. Nemirovskii (Немировский).

    Both are legitimate surnames, but the second one with an "o" is a little more common. I find this page in Russian Wikipedia showing famous people with the second of those two surnames:

    The only one with the first initial S (С) was a mathematician, not an artist. I'm guessing that this artist is or was not well known.
