Featured Who knows this monogram

I bought this painting more then a year ago in Germany because I liked it. I didn't know who the painter was and still I don't have a clue'.
Is there somebody who could tell me more?
And how is this style called?

 

Looks like RB with a hammer between.

 

I like the flowers, but I really love the wonderful (realistic/fine) detailing on the crocheted doily.

To my eye, the signature monogram reads "RBT." Doubtful you'll ever identify. Agree re doily and the creases on tablecloth well executed too.

we cover a lot of ground here ....i guess german painting ...so far....has not attracted the right members...

New Objectivity was a post-World War I art movement. I would call this an early Cold War floral still life. (Leans toward the kitsch but think because older artist painting in earlier style.)

ok...then i'm confused.......
if the movement was post WW 1......
and ....The movement essentially ended in 1933 with the fall of the Weimar Republic and the rise of the Nazis to power.

then how do you call this painting from 1946.....anything of the sort ???
