Welcome, Maxip. I can't translate, but I think you are on the right track for the language. Where are you? There are Syriac Jacobite churches in many different countries, and if you could contact one that's relatively nearby, that would be your best bet for getting a translation.

    Very unlikely.
Syriac script is Middle Eastern, derived from ancient Aramaic, and related to Hebrew and Arabic scripts. Try to find a Syrian Christian.

Im really not sure what language it is . After an hour or so every language looks the same. It might not be a script. Its anybody's guess

The compound looks like a desert monastery, could be Syria, another Middle Eastern country, or Egypt.
The Egyptian Christians use Coptic script, which is derived from Greek, and looks Greek. The Arab Christians use different Syriac scripts, which look a bit like Arabic.
I think your idea of Syriac is right. It is probably just the name of the monastery, so if you can find that, you know what it is. Mind you, after an hour or so, all monasteries look the same as well;).

    Hi maxip
I am sure this is a picture of the Monastery of St Catherines in Egypt. A Coptic could translate or even a Muslim.

My first thought was St Catherine's as well, the best known of desert monasteries, but it looks very different. The wall is different, and St Catherine's has multiple towers which are sturdier.
The outer walls of this monastery are flush, which is unusual. The writing is not Coptic, which looks like Greek.
I think we have to look in the Middle East, not North Africa. But there are many walled monasteries, for obvious reasons.
We have to look for one with a smallish church with a thin spire and a wall that has an extra story on the back wall which extends halfway to the sides.
Or find a Syrian Christian who can read Aramaic-derived script.

    This is St Catherine's, Egypt:

It isn't Mar Saba near Betlehem either, besides, that is Greek Orthodox:

    Saidnaya, Syria, looks different too:

Saint Elijah, Iraq. Recently destroyed by those I will not mention.
