I must admit,I always thought the smaller Miller's like the one you show was a smaller version of the one I showed...I try to avoid it if possible, have only come across a few of the smaller ones xxx

My knowledge is constrained by the data I have. When there's a question of whether a cameo is in natural material or artificial, it takes sharp, detailed pix & lots of 'em.

 

Got taken to the later reply & did not see additional pix of the one cameo.

As AJ has already confirmed, it is silver gilt filigree. I couldn't tell in original photos where edges looked more solid. Yes, she is shell. Also appears to be signed.

 

They were shy and hiding from you before.
It is a special bead, even if it is a replica. Replicas like this one can be pricey.
East Javanese beads are often called Jatim beads, short for Jawa Timur, which is Indonesian for East Java.

Hoping these summer natural free fireworks don't end with massive flooding or damages
I always enjoyed them, specially at night, and when a child jumped into my bath suit to run outside and be showered with the heavy rain enjoying the spectacular sound and light show

 

I actually went to sit in the shed last night with the doors open when the puny storm started...and I thought of the scene in Lady Chatterley's Lover. I wasn't brave enough to do what she and you did but I DID have the thought. My neighbours will never know how close they got

 

There is always a next time.

 

They don't like me as it is! Orrrr maybe it's what I need to do to get someone nicer there!
