I will likely need to sell the house at some point and, when thinking of downsizing, there is no need for me to keep items that I do not use. Is it possible by looking at the attached pictures that someone with antique experience can tell me the value of the items? Thank you so much!

I have that exact sailor girl Coke tray.
That should be easy to price for you.

Hi Splashmom......Some of the Coke trays have been reproduced, but the ones I have found have had a new issue date on the rim.....difficult to find if I remember correctly.

It would be helpful if you could edit your pictures and choose FULL image.

Others will be along to offer a welcome and opinions.

Show us stuff here and if selling put them in the SELL thread.
Some items may also get better answers if you put them in their appropriate forum...best you can...

Thank you! I went back and used the edit feature to change to full image. I also included photos of the back sides of the trays.

Here's the tray with woman in blue hat but has her in full length dated 1920s. Couldn't find your short version tray. Need to scroll down to see the pics.

Here's the other woman with the seller dating it the 1950's.

If you google coca cola trays you will find a multitude of their trays. Even searching eBay brings up many. You need to do eBay advance searches to see what they actually sold for or if they even sold. Following is an advanced search on completed auctions on that 1950s tray.

There are a couple like yours on the 2nd page.

I'm just a bit confused by the listing for the first link:

    Vintage Style
    Coca Cola Tin Sign

Vintage Coca Cola heavy Tin Sign. Has the usual scratches for item that is 39 years old as of 2012. It is vintage. Has the usual wear in the front and back such as scuffs or some paint coming off. But this adds to the charm of the look. On the side rim it says The design of this tray is for memorabilia purposes, taken from a 1921 advertisement.

So I assume that the tray is actually circa 1973?

And I thought I was the only one who wrote such confusing, confounding, complicated, and cloudy cr@p...........................

I would say so Mansons. That's just one of the trays that has been reproduced that I mentioned in a previous post. They are marked in such a mannner.

Oh, I got that (thank you!)...but I find the need to perform mathematical feats in order to fully grasp a description a bit of a bore!

unless I overlooked something in the listing......a distinct possibility today.....

Thank you for the information, Susan. I have sent an email off to that antique advertising to see if they can give me more info on the wooden Calumet thermometer. It's hard to believe something like that sold for $900!

I'd have guessed more in the $200 range, myself. Unless it was sold close to the original factory.... Location can make a difference. Sometimes a seller gets lucky and gets two nut jobs with money in a bidding war. It looks just like Grandma's and they don't care what they have to spend to get it.

Many were pitched out and/or original thermometer broken and/or gone.

Of COURSE they were pitched! My God man, don't you KNOW that there is mercury in those? Heavens, don't even LOOK at it. You may never have children, you may start to glow in the dark, you may grow an additional head (which may be a blessing in this case - hopefully one with a BRAIN in it).

Had a potential client in recently and I served tea. Asked if she wished a second cup, she requested that I get a fresh jug of milk. The jug had been sitting out unrefrigerated for at least 15 minutes and if we drank it we may get sick enough to need hospitalization. I s&!t you not......................

Some people are so gullible that they are absolute PROOF that selective breeding is not an idea to be lightly dismissed................

Back to your thermometer - I hope its a winner in any case!
