carved pendant help

can anyone help me with this small carved elizabethan dressed lady pendant, it is 2.2cms in size, it seems old and bought in an auction, thanks

 

It looks like it MIGHT be resin.Have you tried the hot needle test yet?Though many say thats bad,I personally dont think it hurts if its done in a discreet place.Can we see a pic of the bottom?

If it is glass, it is not carved - probably molded.

My guess, part of a souvenir item. Earring, charm bracelet, dangle for something else.
Dutch? She looks like she should be wearing wooden clogs.

 

Bohemian/Czech moulded glass pendant bead. Might be 1930s.

 

If you have a blacklight, check and see if this is custard glass. It'll glow. It's made to resemble an ivory carving, but was never trying to fool anyone.

 

Indeed. She's also wearing 17th or early 18th C court dress.

 

i have done the back light test and no glow, she does look a bit dutch but also agree 17th or 18th century court dress, would be nice to know the age of it, thanks everyone

 

I still think 1930s or slightly earlier.

 

Czech molded glass is very likely, as the costume is Czech regional dress rather than Elizabethan or another historical period. Here are examples, especially the one Olga Kupkova is wearing fits the bill:
