Green glass or stone necklace

I bought this in a box full of jewelry, have had it now for about 7 months. Nobody I know knows anything about it, it is not marked and not gold or sterling. The green pieces feel like glass or stone when tapped on my teeth, though I do not know anything about this, any ideas ?

1928 cheap jewelry you mean or 1928 era ?

 

1928 Jewelry Company - it's the name. This looks like something made in the 1980s made to look like pieces from the 1910s to early 1920s. The chain is a dead giveaway; it was used in the late 70s and not much later.

I don't think it's 1928's output; they generally signed their pieces and the construction is wrong. This is made to look like chrysoprase and white gold or platinum. It's probably brass and acrylic.
