Hello, We're a (not for profit charity) Furniture project based in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, and we've joined this site as sometimes we get some rare and fantastical donations that a bit of advice about would be most appreciated ! Whilst we are not for profit we sell low priced goods to everyone to help with our running costs, this in turn allows us to also give away furniture to people in need, occasionally we get gifted a gem of an item & if we can we will sell it for more money whether through ebay or auction to help the charity further we do. So our questions here will be mainly to assertain whether its a gem or a dud, hope that's ok :)

A gem or a dud will also depend on your market......
when showing off an item , please make your photo's under 1 MB, and show as many sides , and markings as possible....

    & Welcome !!

Welcome to the board! Brown wood around here ... let's say "gem" would be relative ... but we're all the dotty aunties and uncles you'll ever need, so we can relate to it. Post away!
