    Finally!!!
I planned for haveing 4 guys.. but we managed to get it in the house with 3.
    Without incident even

Im super happy with how it fits!
Didn't expect the pot lights to line up as well as they did.

Or any of it to line up that well..
I knew it was going to be close, but it's pretty much bang on.
    For symmetry and such

So now i smoke a cigare, and have a celebratory drink!
Anxiously awaiting my wife to arrive home and see what she thinks!

Haven't even sent her a pic of the hutch in it's home!
    But here it is

You peoples Kind words and interest in the project kept me motivated to keep on track with getting it done, and motivated to do it right

    Thankyou.

    Thank you sir!!

I'm a paramedic, but I enjoy building things with wood, steal, etc..

Although I did have over 30hours in finishing it...

The credit goes to my good friend who salvaged the wood, visualized it, and built it for me.

I may share images of some of his other creations on another thread if people would care to see.

She does! She really seems impressed
I tried to explain it to her before we began building. But she couldn't picture it.
But now that it's completed and in the house she is pretty excited

For sure! Fresh snow out there and cloudy skies. With the south faceing windows.

Still waiting on the antique train set.
It's been in storage at my parents for years, I have clear memories of playing with it and my Grandfathers when I little.
But it's been so long since I have looked at it that I can't quite recall how many cars, etc.
But it should look okay on the hutch somewhere in thinking

And I told the kids they are not allowed to water the plants on the hutch ;)

Or put any paint, playdoh, glue, nail polish :/ etc... in on or near the hutch.

Much better spots to store their craft supplies else where :)

Gillespie, now, that's impressive! You & your friend should be very happy with how it turned out. Great vision on both your parts!

    Thank you much!!
The colours and such, were determined by what was available for wood.
Just interesting how they all go together well, once all is said and done :)

    What year are your trains?
The old tin MARX trains may look good on there especially if they are darker colors like green though many I have seen and have are red.

Well, I'm not sure the exact year.
My father got them when he was a little boy. And he was born 1948.
    I'm guessing 1950 to 1952 era.

I should have my hands on them by tomorrow.
    Darker colours as I recall
