As much as I’m trying to squeeze my Gondola Sofa into my new and smaller home...it doesn’t fit. My living room, kitchen, and dining room are all in the same area and fighting for space. It’s beer reupholstered in a brown stain resistant fabric. It also comes with a full set of dark trim and legs that the previous owner had made???I’m located in San Rafael Ca. Looking to get around 2k for it as that’s how much I paid 3 years ago after it was freshly reupholstered.
2k seems reasonable... https://midcenturysacramento.com/sh...erican-leisure-adrian-pearsall-large-vintage/
so it would seem..... but they are a store in CA, with a nice web site.......... R U ? I looked at other 'for sale' prices....on different styles.....and some were much higher.......can't say why though..
The one in the link was rated at 9.5 out of 10 condition, and had original fabric, which for some purists of that designer might add value. No way to tell on the site what it actually sold for. But $2900 is apparently what they were asking. Komokwa makes a great point, prices in CA used to be top dollar for this kind of thing, so depends where you are located. No idea how prices are going to go nowadays with everything going on. Best of luck. (Also see question above about length.)
