What Era of Pendant Is It?

I found in my father's jewelry box, an interesting pendant. Seem not from Gold but with natural faced stone. Any information from what era is it?

This is not something that looks commercially made. Or made by a skilled jeweler.
If I had to guess it almost looks like a school project.
Back in the 1960s we had jewelry classes in high school.

You say cm not inches. Where are you? Would your school system have had jewelry classes back in the 60s? Could your father or someone else have made it?

Please keep in mind I am just speculating.

I am from Indonesia. It is seem my father not the maker since he is a soldier in Indonesian Independence War from his junior high school in around 1940s. He then become student soldier until high school, and become soldier until his death 10 years ago. In 1960s he was sent in other wars in Papua and Timor.

Can you get an in focus photo of the stones. It looks like someone carved a pattern into a piece of charcoal and poured the metal into the pattern.
