Featured English spoon marks help, please

    I like them, especially the salt shovel, but they're all different, aside from two having the same initials - and it's not unusual to see various makers, even in full sets, silver was often bought by the piece, or sets added to, or lost or damaged pieces replaced. The bowl on that center one is a shame - likely had serious tip wear and someone just cut it off...

    Should have also mentioned that with the bright-cut engraving, your Old English spoons wouldn't date before the 1770s (unless of course, an earlier spoon was engraved later). Thought I'd share my pair of Irish bright-cut 'Celtic Point' salt spoons, a bit over 4" long, made by Richard Whitford, retailed by Matthew West, Dublin, circa 1810 (no date mark on these either:

    Wouldn't have a leopard head, as it's Newcastle. I've a theory that some makers went to the cheapest assay office possible.
