Roman coin

    Hi All, and thank you Peter for letting me join your forum. I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me what sort of coin this is? On the front it has a small circle on the left side containing the letter P (or could be an R) Underneath this circle is a cross next to the man wearing a helmet with wings. On the back it has the words LITI ROMA written underneath two men on horseback. IMG_1346.JPG IMG_1345.JPG

    The "R" in the circle denotes Replica.
    Its a modern copy.

    If u want real Roman coins, they are available very cheaply now because of everyone in Europe going around with metal detectors digging them up by the potful. Look on Eboo.
