  1. Anyone can shed some interesting info?

    how or should I restore?

    it’s the exact size like a bow tie. Don’t know what it is at all or how it would have been worn, or purely an ornament?

    Frankly, it doesn't look to me like anything more than a bundle of wire.

    That was my first thought as well. I have several like that in my tool cabinet in the garage.

    That's why I asked if it was soldered. It seems less likely it's just a wrapped up bundle of wire.
    It could be a brooch with a missing clasp.

  9. I did wonder. However it seems some in a purposeful way and probably looked a lot more shiny

    If the wire moves easily, that would be something maybe one could use to arrange some flowers? Or maybe not.

    Although for 24 bucks I would want more then garage wire! :(
