Bit of fun for anyone who likes puzzles.

These are the 30 or so unidentified ties listed in my Ebay shop (there are 300 more that are identified!)

I've got about 50-60 more to list, some of which are cricket and rugby ties that I should be able to research

But the ones listed in the unidentified category have already fried my brain cells so if you recognise any of the logos or crests, let me know!

Apologies for the spelling in the title!

That W one is, I think, Wincanton Leasing. UBM was the forerunner of Credit Suisse, I knew them. The stars with the elongated F were also a financial company, brain has lost who. Knights Templar cross is St John Ambulance, maybe. Sword, scale and crown one is military, I think. The wheatsheaf one is a biscuit maker, I've seen it at the factory. McVities or Peak Frean, maybe. The winged W is also very familiar. I'll have another look in a bit.

It's UBS, by the way, not UBM.

Thanks Bear, we have had great fun in working these out, a bit like doing the Times crossword!

But unlike the crossword, the answers are not printed the following day :)

I thought I could ID the crowned anchor with the bird (gull, gannet, ???), but have struck out - 3rd row, 2nd column. The crown is usually referred to as the Royal Naval crown. It was used in naval emblems of Great Britain, as well as Canada, India, New Zealand, etc... at one time or other. Nowwww, this crown is also in the coat of arms of the Brazilian navy, Chilean navy, Portugese Marines, etc....

I found the following page of mostly British ship badges. I hoped to spot this one with no luck.

With the presence of the bird, a chance it might represent something of the the air arm of the fleet. Again no luck.

    Frustrating, isnt it? ;)

Now an odd fact, the unidentified ties have been selling quite well. Makes you wonder what search terms people use.

And King, thanks for getting the title fixed!
