Featured Blenko Vase Info, please

Happy American Thanksgiving to all! Can't find this Blenko glass vase in my book or on line. It's different with that dimensional ice cube surface so there should be a designer's name attached to it. It has the sandblasted mark on the underside, not easily see in my photo. Height is about 8-1/4". Any information at all would be greatly appreciated. TIA

For some reason Lew's piece seems to be slightly flared at the top compared to the one in the catalog. Would that have been common? Otherwise, looks like the same item to me. Or maybe it has something to do with the angle of the photograph in the catalog?

This is a lovely piece.

 

It does look a little different at the top but that's typical of Blenko, each piece being handmade.

It's interesting. A search for Blenko 607 comes up with examples of a vase by Husted in a rather different design. Yet the tag in that etsy listing clearly has 607 stamped on it.

But anyway, I believe you've identified it correctly, anund. Kudos!

 

I would go with the catalog number shown in the Blenko Catalog BTW 607 is shown on the same page as 608
