Help identify ribbon

I discovered this ribbon with some soldier?? Does anyone know what it could be?

Austrian military propaganda stuff, looks like. It was probably meant for recruiting.

 

It seems "die neuner Jäger" translates to "the nine hunters. I'm not sure what "Vivant" in German translates. In French "Vivant" means something like "living." I suspect in the context on these ribbons it may??? mean something like "long live??" The printer was Druck Alb Berger of Wien (Vienna). Like others have suggested a recruiting item dating from WWI. Edit: It seems most of these ribbons were published by the German Red Cross. Gee there are 4 pages of them. I didn't spot yours.
