I looks like the name was scratched in, so maybe these are painted on metal? Reade?

 

Is there any possibility they are plain? Could it say Acre Farm? Hi grove farm?cant see it too clearly. Maybe a slight cleaning and another pic of seal?

So I’ve been told this is a piece by George armfield, apparently the signature is in the grass?

 

Might be copies after Armfield, but a lot of painters did this type of work. Looks like these are painted directly on the metal. Would that make them toleware? I (and I suspect others) had thought that these were probably paper prints with a tin frame - or some other material with the image being one thing and the frame being something separate.) Flue covers could well be correct. These are more interesting than I initially thought and I expect the offer you received could be bettered.
