Initially I purchased this for outside decor as I assumed it be an ordinary mass produced concrete garden piece. Measuring roughly 20” and solid concrete, it now appears a bit older and meant to be hung. Any thoughts?

Lol I had to check the photos to see if I captured my bare feet by accident.

I think you should contact them and ask them what they know about the piece they have pictured.

They seem to be resellers, not manufacturers. From their About page:

Buying trips in the U.S. and abroad make for an exciting and provocative mix of unique and often handmade antique, vintage and contemporary garden ornament.

Their piece is slightly larger. The diameter of mine is 22.5”. I will reach out and see if they know more.
