Sadly the bracelet is not marked at all. A maker could have given a hint about what stone is used here. The deep purple stones have sparkly, textured interiors! Anyone know what stones they are? Can't upload images. I must be doing something wrong...

Copy and paste your photos -- seems to work well.

Are the purple insets glass or plastic? From the style I would think c. 1970s, but I dunno for sure.

Oops, I see that you think it's a stone. Well, I certainly dunno about that, LOL! From the pix it looks like foil-backed glass, but wait for others to chime in.

Glass for me too. The toggle looks newer but the metal screams 70s.

The stones look like glued in glass.

I guess my images are bad. The purple pieces are definitely not glass. Under magnification I can see the irregularities and inclusions, but I guess this is not showing up on my images. On the corner of the stone little hints of the sparkly opal-effect show up in the images. I need to clean the piece, and some polish shows on the edges of the stones. I'll clean it and post new images. The piece is definitely Mid-Century modern from the 1960's to 1980's. I love the look of some of the modernist pieces! (They sell well, too!)

Those look like foil-back crackle-glass cabochons to me, maybe Czech or German, circa 1960s - as a kid back then, I thought they were so beautiful (still think they're pretty)...
