It have some Roman numbers, compass, map and globe. It seems to be an old navigation instrument. (The material is solid iron, not cast iron as I wrote).
It measures 25 x 12.5 cm and weighs 1.935 grams.
    Thanks!!!

Iron? Quality of the casting suggests this is a modern decorative item.

Cast iron is solid iron. I am inclined to agree that it is a 20th C decorative piece. I have a similar one in my shed that I think dates from the 60s

The black plug or cushion under the glass is probably plastic or rubber which could help with dating if there's a question. A look at the underside may tell us something too, I don't recall seeing that view, there are two identical images but I'm guessing one was supposed to be of the bottom.

The last two picture are top and bottom. It seems to be glass and is on rubber mounts.

Thanks, I probably didn't say that right- your pictures 4 and 9 are of the same surface, you can see tiny unique features that match, and I was wondering if the other end was different somehow, although it wouldn't surprise me if the same mold was used for both ends.

    The two ends are identical.

Sandglasses used on ships had wooden frames. Iron near the compass would lead to unpredictable compass deviation.

Just had a look and the one in my shed is identical.
