Jeweler's mark or finding manufacturer mark?

Hoping someone recognizes these marks that are on two of the pieces from the large pile of metal I've recently purchased. I cannot match it to any jeweler, so I wondered if it was the trademark of a findings manufacturer instead of the jewelry itself.

It looks like three joined 0's ... or an infinity symbol with an extra loop. The closest I found belonged to a company that I think was called dutch chain company - can't remember where I saw it so I'm having a hard time finding it again - plus their logo had letters along with the chain links ... so it probably wasn't them.
Here's the mark on the small gold pin (shown in finds thread with amethyst and pearls)

here's what looks like the same mark on a pair of cufflinks (harder to read)

The only mark that matters is the 14K mark. The other just relates to some guys in a shed somewhere, John Doe and Co.

You're right. I was curious if maybe the "ooo" was some sort of old designation for gold plate or gold filled, that I had never seen before ... especially with all the toning to the gold on these pieces. But I guess that's from the 41.5% of "other" metal alloy sitting for years without being polished.

The lower the carat, the 'dirtier' the gold can get, which can be good for finding un-noticed stuff. A little polish brings it right back again.

The ooo is not any 'not really' mark I have ever seen. Not that I have seen everything but I think you are OK.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Just a curious question..........doesn't that first "o" after the K look more like a C ??? That little "nub" to the left of the 'o'......looks more like it belongs on a 'c'......JMHO!!!!

Thanks for mentioning that ... sometimes it does on the cuff links, but never on the pin. I did search for many combinations of "ooo" "oco" "coo" "cco" ... etc without any luck, though.
