DSC06678 cropped.jpg Got this yesterday. They are very common and mine isn't in the best condition but I'll take it warts and all for $3. Can't even buy a decent hamburger for that price these days.

I can't post my item, I've tried to contact administrator to see why my email was not confirmed. I logged out and now I can't do anything. Says my name and email is in system but I can't do anything on this site.

Welcome to Antiquers! Hope you find the info you are looking for. I'm not that familiar with Canadian notes but your appears to be a nice circulated example without any glaring problems.

CoinTalk has a fairly active currency sub-forum. The members there should be able to answer any questions about your note. It is owned by the same folks who operate this forum. I'm a member there under the same handle.

Coin Community is also a good forum and has active Canadian sub-forums. Like CoinTalk, I'm a member there under the same handle.

It is too hot to go outside here.... some recent thrift shop finds, no big deals.

Weiss (my top favorite vintage designer) heart-shaped hyacinth aurora borealis earrings:

The sterling Honora earrings I collected from the one thrift shop on a few trips:

Keeping this, the rhinestones really sparkle:

Sterling & freshwater pearl necklace, the pearls are grape-colored fitting in with the clasp theme:

Better than I did on Saturday; I'd love to grab the brass ring. I went back to that Synagogue sale today and got a bag of stuff for $5, along with some jewelry that really isn't worth showing. Spent money on a grab bag that I hoped had something good in it ...nope. The big bag was full of Christmas and Hanukkah presents of no great import. This however also turned up. Art glass and cast aluminum menorah, made in Israel last year. Similar pieces on line for over $150. DSCF2245.JPG

Nice menorah!!! Beautiful colors. Thank you, CX girl. Terry, we all have a few of those "gold" brass pieces, you did great with the other things.
