So, it is pewter over Yixing? If so make sure you use that keyword when/if listing.
It is always good to ID the mark but as I said before the Chinese will figure it out.

    Good Luck!

Thank you,all....I am hoping someone on the board can ID the mark...I am also waiting to see if the shop, where I purchased it,can locate the lid.

Hate to be pessimistic but the way much of the top has begun to separate from the rest looks pretty bad. No problem if u want to keep it as flowerpot or whatever. I don't think it is repairable within a reasonable cost. If u intend to resell be sure to put "as is" in the description and include good photos of damaged area. I don't know much about this area but hope u got it cheap since it'll be difficult to sell.

Even so, someone will buy it for the parts. Score!

I think if somebody bought pots without any marks for big money, it would be good price already just with description: "Marked" ;)

I did get it very cheap....This may not bring Top Dollar & I never expected that, especially without the lid!!..It has antique Jade & esthetic value....The crack does not help!!...A Flower Pot!!!...I think not!!!....If I list,I will describe accurately...Thanks

We don't know if the ones from the sold link are unmarked. The artist name maybe in some of the inscriptions. On the other hand, just because a piece is marked it does not mean anything. Has to be the right mark:) Plus, pairs always bring much more than single pieces.
Anyways, hope you do good with the sale.

The link was to two separate auctions, not a pair

The second one was also marked on the bottom, the seller didn't ID the mark.
